  • Helps boost your immune system

  • Helps prevent or treat yeast infections, flu, diarrhea, high blood pressure.
  • Treats ear aches, muscle soreness, athletes foot, stress, fatigue.
  • Adds delicious flavor to many different meals.
  • Natural insect repellent
  • Can improve your skin


  • If you leave the bulb planted in the ground and only clip off the greens, the bulb will continue to produce a lot more greens and will sprout new bulbs for years to come!
  • Put them in the ground and then forget about it!  They will grow easily and rapidly without you doing anything.
  • Garlic bulbs and garlic greens are very potent. A small amount goes a long way.


  • Garlic should be planted in mid-autumn or early spring in a sunny location with rich, well-drained soil.
  • Garlic pops out of the ground in early spring and fall.  
  • Garlic loves growing in cold, wet weather.
  • These leaves can be cut down to ground level before winter and used in all types of dishes.
  • Keep garlic bulbs in the ground at all times. Don’t eat the bulbs, only the chives. As a result you’ll have many bulbs that will continue to multiply for years to come!


  • Avoid dried ends or soggy leaves
  • Browning or dirty outer leaves can be stripped off, just like green onions
  • Trim off root ends and any tough part of the green leaves.
  • Chop or slice like confetti and keep in refrigerator.  
  • For the most flavor, sprinkle RAW garlic chives on potatoes, salad greens, pasta salads, stir fry dishes, veggies, soups, bread, braised-like asparagus, etc.
  • For best results, don’t cook garlic chives.
  • Add chives right before eating.
  • Garlic chives make beautiful garnishes on chicken, fish, beef, pork, etc.
  • When cutting chives from the plant, don’t cut lower than 3 inches from the ground.  
  • May also be used on stir fry dishes or braised like asparagus.
  • Produces a garlicky chive-like flavor and application.
