2 chores to focus on today:

1) Washing the channels. Wear something that can get wet. We are washing several 12 ft and 5 ft long channels that we grow our lettuce, spinach, kale, swiss chard, bok choy, and micro greens in.  This is our third hydroponic unit that we've built this year and the systems are ready to go once everything is nice and clean.

2) Lay the final piece of landscape cover in the greenhouse.  Before we can do this we need to rake it an smooth out the dirt.  Most of the 1200 sq ft greenhouse has the floor already in so this is just the last of it.

I show my appreciation for your help by feeding you!

On this day you'll receive lots of delicious cold plums, a pasta dish and a cold lemonade cucumber drink OR if you prefer just some cold lemonade!

RSVP so I know how much food to prepare.

I love my children learning that food comes from plants rather than the supermarket.  Also, the garden group is full of lots of fun people.
